On December 11, 2025, Indivior's shareholders approved a plan to change the domicile to the U.S. by means of a U.K. Court-sanctioned Scheme of Arrangement under Part 26 of the U.K. Companies Act 2006. Effective January 26, 2026, Indivior Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Indivior Pharmaceuticals), a newly established U.S. company, incorporated in Delaware, is the ultimate parent company of Indivior and its subsidiaries.
Indivior was initially developed and managed as a separate division of Reckitt Benckiser Group PLC, a public limited company incorporated under the laws of England and Wales. Indivior PLC was incorporated on September 26, 2014, for the purpose of acquiring the specialty pharmaceutical business unit from Reckitt Benckiser Group PLC (the “Demerger”). Following the Demerger, which was effective on December 23, 2014, Indivior has operated as a standalone business.
Indivior’s shares are traded on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol INDV.
Indivior’s fiscal year ends on December 31.
Indivior shares began trading on the London Stock Exchange on December 23, 2014, following the completion of the Demerger from Reckitt Benckiser Group PLC. Indivior subsequently commenced trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on June 12, 2023, and now only maintains a listing on the Nasdaq Global Select Market.
